Having an employee travel on company business is not only costly but is inconvenient for both parties. When an employee leaves on a business trip there is temporary loss of regular work and transportation and accommodation costs are just a few of the expenses incurred by an organization. Travel is no longer a requirement thanks to video conferencing call services and it has definitely saved a company a lot of time and money. Many companies realize that there’s no need to be physically in front of an audience in order to perform a presentation.
